In this beach town, garages face the street, and this is the view homes present to the world. I suggested new wood garage doors and an updated paint scheme. To help the owner visualize the new look, I took a digital picture of the existing home and enhanced it using my computer. This view simulation helped him visualize what was possible. To complement the roof, I selected a warm Dunn Edwards’ color called Fine Sand. The trim color Dunn Edwards’ Hemlock is picked up from the address tiles already on the house.  A rich brown color Dunn Edwards’ Arizona Canyon was used on the trim for the upper balcony doors, and on doors located at the back of the house.
